Celebrating Our 96th Season!

The June 12 Concert was rained out and has been rescheduled for Sunday, June 16 at 7:30 pm. Please join us for some great entertainment!

The Oconomowoc American Legion Band, Inc. is the community band of the City of Oconomowoc.  We were established in 1924 and are affiliated with the Edwin L. Jones American Legion Post 91 in Oconomowoc.  Our band has been designated the official Legion Band of the State of Wisconsin and travels frequently to the annual American Legion National Convention.

The band performs weekly outdoor concerts every summer in the Rhodee Memorial Band Shell located on the shore of Lac LaBelle in Oconomowoc's downtown district.

In keeping with our mission to provide musical entertainment on stage and on the street, the band also marches in numerous local community parades throughout the summer.

We invite you to come and listen.  If you wish to help make music, we invite you to join us.  You do not have to be a veteran or member of the American Legion.  Membership is open to all instruments and talent levels.  Click on the Join Us tab on the left side of this page!

Two programs made possible by a generous bequest from the Bart Brown estate are continuing:  1) Get Back to Band - FREE lessons available to adults wanting to get back into playing an instrument and 2) Junior Legion Band Camp designed for our community's younger players, and runs from July 25 - 31.  Click on the link to Register for 2019 Junior Legion Band Camp

The Oconomowoc American Legion Band, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and gratefully accepts donations to continue our programs.  To make a DONATION to the Oconomowoc American Legion Band, Inc. please click below to obtain information on doing so.
